We are an independent consulting firm and are not affiliated with Microsoft except as a service provider working with Microsoft technologies.
Information exchanged in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed except as permitted by the engagement agreement, the Privacy Policy, or as required by law.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Service-specific warranties, if any, will be set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AL Development and Consulting Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the content on it. For consulting services, liability is governed by the limitations set out in the engagement agreement.
